Description
The We3 Compliance Manager product is the only solution that provides end-to-end management of large-scale logistics and recycling operations. The application delivers a consolidated view of multiple waste streams and is designed to drive cost reductions and compliance management for OEMs, CEMs, large corporate, compliance schemes, local authorities and environmental agencies
The application is fully web-based allowing for easy deployment and can be hosted publically to allow the entire supply chain involved with the scheme access to their data.
The application is divided into two main groups of functionality. The first area is involved with the configuration and management of a compliance scheme which is accessed by the scheme owners. The second group of functionality involves the various members of the supply chain (collection facilities, logistics, treatment facilities, etc) and allows them to manager their processing data and to record the details setup for that scheme.
The application owner can setup as many schemes as required and can financially operate with as many currencies along with language localisation.
Each scheme is split into numerous contracts which define the relationship of products, locations, and supply chain members. Contracts also define what data should be collected, how often, data validation with other data recorded, additional charging, tax rates, etc.
Each contract will generate multiple service requests either automatically at pre-determined intervals or can be manually derived by a compliance scheme operator for ad-hoc waste movement and processing.
Service requests form the basis for the data collection mechanism with requests being assigned to the relevant supply chain members for data gathering.
With the recording of data itself, documentation can be attached by the supply chain to support the figures they are recording. This documentation can be used to support data errors that need to be checked by the compliance scheme operators and can also assist in any audits being carried out.
Full invoicing capabilities exist through the use of a client application which utilises web service and encryption technology. This allows compliance scheme operators the functionality to invoice members of the supply chain and perform financial export into existing accounting packages.
A full reporting suite is offered providing compliance scheme operational figures down to individual supply chain performance and governmental reports.
There is also the option to integrate the We3 Recycler Enterprise product with the Compliance Manager to automate the service request data population.
All the areas of the application are wrapped round a security model providing granular access control to functional elements for all users and supply chain members.
