The We3 Recycler Enterprise product provides true scalability and enterprise level performance for organisations involved in the waste management, recycling, and asset tracking / recovery sectors.
The Enterprise version can accomodate operations that span multiple sites and sub-organisation setups. Depending on the operating model and infrastructure available data can be replicated easily between sites to allow for a central operating and reporting model.
The We3 Recycler Enterprise product is a web-based solution underpinned by leading Microsoft technologies. The application can be easily scaled to fit all large scale organisations utilising web-farms, or sql clusters as required.
The application comprises of a number of modules providing specific sets of functionality. All functionality within the application has a security sub-system wrapped round them to provide complete access control to specific areas for individual users.
Out of the box, the application provides a powefull CRM tool to manage your customers and contacts. You can also generate opportunities for sales leads and can manage activities performed with your customers.
A comprehensive sales and purchasing engine allows you to buy materials for processing, receive gate prices and sell your finished goods from inventory.
The sales engine produces automatic invoices with definable parameters for frequency and tax rates.
The system can manage any amount of different currencies that you may use in your organisation along with having the ability to have language-specific screens for your users.
The Product manager module provides full catalogue management for both primary and customer specific catalogues. Within the product manager you can also set standard, variable, and customer specific pricing. For output products you can also define your yields which help you measure the output from your recycling process.
The Recycler manager controls the inbound and outbound movement of waste and materials to be processed. It handles all the duty-of-care documents and sets up containers of inbound materials to be processed.
The Inventory manager allows you to manage your finished goods and create containers, or move products.
The Finance manager controls your invoicing and allows you to perform back-office tracking on the invoices through their various processing stages. You also have the ability to export transactional finance items to your existing accounting/finance systems.
With the Enterprise version you also have the ability to use the Recycler PDA application which alllows you to perform operation within the recycle manager on a wireless PDA.
The system also allows for weighbridge connectivity allowing you to automate the weight capture from vehicles delivering or shipping materials.
Additional to the Enterprise Recycler you have the Recycler AMS Client application. This client-based application can be deployed to provide you with detailed workflow processing of materials you have received through inbound sales orders and the recycler module.
The Report manager gives the Enterprise organisation a complete suite of reports on every aspect of the business. These reports can be exported into numerous formats and are secured on a per-user basis.
The Logistics manager allows the scheduling of deliveries and shipment along with the calculation of logistics costs. There is also the ability to generate Trans Frontier Shipment documentation.
Audience
The application is suited to medium-large scale operations who may require multiple-site operations, scalability and performance for high transaction volume.
If you are a smaller organisation with perhaps only a single site, the We3 Recycler Lite application may be more suited to your needs.
